Elizabeth A. Clark, M.Ed., CEFP, ProFM is the education and IT manager for the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). Clark leads the organization’s education program and related services while working collaboratively with the staff and leaders in the Institute’s other service areas. Clark brings over 24 years of experience in finance, business, and education, including 18 years with Penn State’s Office of Physical Plant and more than 6 years with T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., an investment firm in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. Her areas of expertise include public speaking, presentations, and group facilitation; organizational change management; fiscal responsibility, efficiency, and accountability; and strategic planning. Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance from Towson University and a master’s degree in college student affairs from Penn State. She holds a ProFM credential and is a certified educational facilities professional (CEFP) through APPA, serving on that certification board.
