Brandon Albright is an electrical systems specialist with the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). His responsibilities include system troubleshooting, performing preventative and predictive maintenance, investigating electrical distribution system emergencies, and complying with and enforcing the highest safety standards. Prior to joining PSFEI, Albright was in the Air Force Active Duty for six years stationed in South Korea, Qatar, and Germany. He earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering through the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) and completed a six-month electrical systems apprentice technical training though the United States Air Force specializing in wartime contingency equipment. Albright led the hands-on training program at Ramstein Air Base, Germany for four years, focusing on getting new technicians acclimated to European electrical systems, and he planned and executed the entire electrical system for Operations Allies Refuge (OAR) at Ramstein Air Base, the largest humanitarian airlift since the Berlin airlift.
